What we collect

Account data: your email address and authentication details.

Fitness profile: age, sex, height, weight, activity level, goals, equipment and dietary preferences that you enter during onboarding.

Usage data: workouts logged, meals tracked, progress entries and AI Trainer conversations.

Billing data: subscription status and a customer reference from our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

Why we use it

To generate your personalised workouts, nutrition plans and coaching answers.

To show your progress over time and keep your plan tier and access correct.

To provide support and to keep the service secure and reliable.

AI processing

Your profile summary and the question you ask are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. Conversations are stored in your account so you can revisit them.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your personal data to train third-party models.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors that run the service: our cloud database and hosting provider, our AI provider, and our payment provider. Each processes data on our instructions only.

Storage and security

Data is stored in the EU and protected in transit and at rest. Access rules ensure each account can only read and write its own records.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists, plus a short period for backups and legal record-keeping.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile, plans, logs and conversations.

You can also object to processing or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
