Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a FitPlan AI account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account.

You must provide accurate information during onboarding — your plans are generated from the profile data you enter.

3. Plans and billing

FitPlan AI offers a Free plan, Pro (€9.99/month) and Premium (€14.99/month). Paid plans start with a 3-day free trial unless stated otherwise.

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store your card details.

You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future billing and returns your account to the Free plan.

Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next renewal.

4. Refunds

Because a free trial is offered before any charge, payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.

5. Health disclaimer

FitPlan AI provides general fitness and nutrition guidance generated by AI. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Consult a qualified professional before starting a new training or nutrition programme, especially if you have an injury, illness, are pregnant, or take medication. You train at your own risk.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no reverse engineering, automated scraping, resale of AI output as your own service, or attempts to bypass plan limits or security controls.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service or other users at risk.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us permission to process it in order to run the service and generate your plans.

AI-generated plans are provided to you for personal use.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
